Dan is an economist who uses analytic methods to unlock residential, commercial, and healthcare real estate market insights. He has over a decade of experience evaluating Senior Housing markets and is a member of the National Association for Business Economics and the Institute of Business Forecasting and Planning. His insights have been featured in Seniors Housing Business, McKnights, and Senior Housing News. He also teaches a course in business analytics at Marquette University. In 2022, Dan won the Contributed Paper Award with the National Association for Business Economics.
